This policy explains what personal data Tulmira Ltd collects through tulmira.com, why we collect it and the rights you have. Each of our products has its own privacy policy on its own site.
1. Who we are
Tulmira Ltd is the controller of personal data collected through this website. We are registered in England & Wales under company number 17497033, with our registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.
2. What we collect
When you contact us, start a project or join a product launch list, we collect your name, email address, company name and the content of your message.
We collect basic, cookie-free analytics: page views, referring site and approximate country. We do not use advertising trackers.
3. Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal you have asked for, or tell you when a product you asked about launches. Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for six years to meet UK accounting obligations. Launch-list entries are deleted once the launch email has been sent.
5. Who we share it with
We use a small number of processors to run this site: EU-hosted infrastructure, a transactional email provider and Google Workspace for internal email. We never sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Data is stored in the UK and EU. Where a processor handles data outside these regions, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent safeguards.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email privacy@tulmira.com and we will respond within one month.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
